Why We Built This Site
Missouri gives the public access to many court records, but court access is not the same as one countywide database. The Butler County Circuit Clerk handles civil, criminal, divorce, probate, and many court-copy questions. Poplar Bluff Municipal Court handles city ordinance and many traffic matters. The Sheriff manages jail custody and court service functions. The Recorder of Deeds handles marriage licenses and recorded documents. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for these offices into one place.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
